It seems to be growing in popularity here, i've only heard it get mentioned once or twice and was hesitant to join another 'myspace/friendster' site, but this site is actually somewhat useful.

I've just started using it, and it's been helpful in finding lunch places downtown and whatnot. There's this whole system of rating and complimenting that I find a bit odd -- like I'm not there to make friends, I'm there to get and share information. It's definitely a more reliable (and friendly) place to look for local information than the boston LJ
