Wow just switched from Firefox to Safari for the PC, and ummm yeah everything loads slightly faster....

Oh I just noticed though that it eats up as much back end memory as Firefox. Now i'm just waiting to add extensions for the PC version, but still not bad for a Beta.

On my Mac at work (aka the computer what that I'm typing on now) I like racing Safari and IE sometimes. Safari always outstrips IE by a wide margin before my machine finally freezes up because IE is pulling down too much memory. On a G5. Yeah, Internet Explorer sucks. Safari good.

They're forcing Mac users here to switch back to PC. I will slice throats before I go back to PC for work.

I could see myself owning a MAC only because I hate Windows for simple functions and i'm dreading the whole Vista switch over; that OS is a nightmare right now...

But i am a gamer and i like to build my systems with specific components and I really like to customize every little detail on my computer down to tweaking allocating memory buffers to certain apps. I just feel like a PC allows me to do that better than a MAC does right now.

I may have to hold off on using Safari as my default browser though since it doesn't have the customized extensions that I have pre loaded on Firefox at the moment, but so far it's pretty nice.
