Though we've never met, your entries are so beautifully written that over the years, I feel like I've seen so much of your heart. One of the most beautiful qualities I've seen in you during the course of our LJ friendship is your childlike faith. You never seem to lose hope and I think that's beautiful. No matter how things end up with Ethan, I hope you never lose that. I think you've got a right view on it by not giving up hope but not shutting other doors at the same time.
