I'm watching that, too and it is sad. I couldn't ever imagine being so unhappy with the way I look to take the risk of plastic surgery. If everything functions properly people should be grateful and satisfied. Unfortunately some people can't see it this way. That's one thing I really hate about the fashion industry. I don't understand why being 6 feet tall and a size 2 is the only acceptable form of beauty. It's just unrealistic and not fair. That famous face show is even worse.

thats how that show The Swan is. they take average girls, not even ugly, and turn them into societys ideal of beauty. thinner, smaller noses, bigger boobs, and fuller lips. its so sad to see how much pain they experience after surgery only to become "beautiful" and compete in a beauty pageant at the end of the season
