Tried out the "Intro to Ashtanga Yoga" dvd today. Are they TRYING to kill you in these? Maybe I just really need to stretch more but I couldn't do 1/2 the poses correctly. Intro my ass. Thanksgiving was pretty sweet. Friends + food = win so it was bound to be amazing.
