Went running this morning.  I think we only went once last week, 3 miles, ugly.  Nothing as good as the previous Friday, when I about sprinted my first mile (which was followed by a miserable 2nd mile, and a barely decent 3rd mile).  Last week's 3-mile run was awful.  Just plain ugly.  More walking than ever.  Ugh.  Some days, I just suck ( Read more... )
