pulse blend cooked fresh or canned plain sweet potatoes (not in sweet syrup) in a food processor with chicken stock and salt and pepper to taste until the consistency is to your liking.
Add some heavy cream and bring the soup to a boil in a saucepan. Spoon into bowls and top each serving with oven-roasted pumpkin seeds

all she did was put walnuts and some garlic in a food processor, then mixed that with ricotta cheese and parsley. It looked so good.
