They're taking our house

It's finally official that my parents will be losing the house they've lived in for 25 years. We haven't been able to make payments with any consistency since my dad lost his job as a manager at a window factory. i'm sorry... things are difficult for my family right now too, as they are going through a divorce and trying to figure out who gets who. idk what to say... i just hope that everyone gets through everything okay. let me know if you need anything.

That is amazingly sweet of you to post those ending words for me. I am sorry to hear that you are going through the same ordeal. I have moved many times in my life but have always had this house to come back to. Now... well, I don't even know what to say. I wish I had words of wisdom and comfort for you. Life is hard and it takes times like these to really realize what you have and what you can live with and without. My grandparents have thankfully made their peace with moving. But I still can't manage to do so.
I am glad however that you are in college and the move won't effect you as much as it could. It's still a tough thing I am sure.
