I've begun to make a list of equipment for a makeshift lab to request from the Admiral. I was considering a set-up in the warden meeting room because, as I understand it, they've taken to using the mess hall for meetings instead.

That's an idea, though we should still find a way to make it more secure than to just Wardens.

I agree. I intend to ask for a set of keys, if at all possible. I'm sure the Admiral would appreciate if we recycle his rooms, at any rate.

It contains several filing cabinets and plenty of chairs and tables. I think we'd all be really happy with a set-up there.
