I get these little pangs and jabs or pokes and my heart feels like its been moved around.
I can't do anything but wait for the pain to go away.

no its not emotiona. its like physical. but it doesnt happen all the time. only soemtimes.

yea, i have those pains often times too, you just want to rip your heart out so you can caress it. or just hit your ribcage hope you would focus more on the pain of rib instead of the heart.
