/looks at all of this study material

/wonders what it all means

I've finished three paintings, a stupid sketch from prompt 14, did a shit ton of writing (rp & prose), was contacted to beta for i_reversebigbang (NOT KIDDING, THIS IS MY NOT KIDDING FACE), & lazed around more or less naked on boyfriend's couch eating strawberries and nutella, watching ( Read more... )

LOL that's me when it comes time to study, pretty much every time. Ugggghhhh, if I don't get it the first time around I just kind of throw my hands up in the air and say OH WELL, FUCK IT.

Oooh, sounds like it's been a very productive week for you! Awesome. I didn't know you drew. I'm oblivious, what can I say? ;_________;

PELL GRANTS ARE AWESOME. I don't know where I'd be without financial aid. Good luck with your studying and the tests that are sure to follow it. Just try to relax. :)

Haha yeah, its frustrating at first. I mean, Im good at memorization and such but this class is very... case study based. You just have to know everything and submit subjective diagnoses of patients who come in complaining they're "tired" or "have a bad feeling" and Im like o______o THIS COULD BE ANYTHING WHERE DO I START? /flips through charts like mad

It was. I wanted some me time and it was amazing to finally get some. I forget that Im not here to please everyone else all the time. AH, WELL, THAT'S BECAUSE IM V V LAME & BAD at drawing. & suuuuuuper easily intimidated. Like. Childishly so. /o\

Its nice to finally get a pell grant! I'm never poor enough on paper despite the fact that my parents are filing for bankruptcy, my mother has been unemployed for the majority of 6 years now, and a large portion of the family income goes to my sister's psychiatric bills. The proportion of grants and scholarships I can apply for has expanded SIGNIFICANTLY now that I have a pell grant.

<3 Thank you, I will try~

Diagnostics tries SO HARD to be a science, but there's clearly something of an art to it. So many common symptoms, ugh.

Aww, it's okay. I'm really easily discouraged when it comes to writing so I know how that goes. You just kind of have to learn not to compare yourself to other people. Enjoy your stuff for its own sake. :)

It's kind of ridiculous, the limits they set for that. It's like they have this ~theoretical number that doesn't reflect anything in the real world.
