Watched the "L" word tonight...I"m not sure why..it's kind of like seeing a wreck on the side of the road...I can't seem to look away. I think I'm still under the hope that it will get better...and that I'm really only watching because my love for the "Alice" character. "Anorexic boobies" Bwa!!

I have the same reaction to TLW. It's like watching a train wreck and wanting to look away but just unable to. Alice is the only character I really like. But I was seriously unhappy at them for using "Lover's Spit" tonight. First, that person singing butchered the song. It was horrible. Second, isn't it enough that they blatantly rip-off QAF storylines? Do they really need to rip-off QAF's soundtrack while they're at it?!

Shouting "You STOLE that from QAF!!! GET YOUR OWN DAMN SONG!" at the tv was my immediate reaction to that cheap imitation of "Lover's Spit". Whatever. You will never be Queer as Folk.

Ya...I don't know why I like this show so much, but I can't miss it. Hm. I love the character of Shane. Alice and Dana crack me up. Jenny, ugh.
