I actually don't know if I set it so all comments would be screened, so could someone tell me how to do that ?
You may enter up to four icons.
Host your icon(s) to tinypic, photobucket, or anything else like that.
Remeber the format for posting your icons, it can be found in the community profile.
You may only use a picture once.
Blending, textures, text, etc are all allowed. But no animation, what so ever.
You have until friday to get your icons in.
Post all icons at once.
