Today I am not very happy. And yesterday I wasn't very happy either. It's spring, so I should be happy, but I'm not. I can't really figure out why, but I hope it goes away. I really wish I didn't have shin splints. That's a big downer. DUI is this weekend, and I don't know if I should play or not.

I need some music.

Random: my dance teacher said that if we were having shin split problems - if we sat down or whatnot & spelled out the alphabet with our feet, it would help (well until the next time anyhow). It worked for me, don't know if it will for you or not.

hey sheryl, try warming up in your tennis shoes and then changing into your cleats after you've jogged and done plyos. also, make sure you have good insoles for your cleats. this will make a huge difference. :)

I know what's wrong. You need to get out and party and have fun. We should do something awesome and epic like sometime.
