YAY! So I just won tickets to the download festival from kwod! I am so excited! And I even got someone to cover for me at work! The only bad thing is that I had to take her 10pm-3am Friday night shift. Oh well, a small price to pay for free tickets and a bus ride to get there!

wow, I have felt so emotional today. I almost cried when reading a book and then again when talking to my dad on the phone, and crying is usually a rarity for me. I guess he was telling me I should have done a better internship, that I need to figure out what to do with my life, and that I need to start looking for a job. That kind of thing ( Read more... )

I just found out the guy I dated in Australia (my first boyfriend) is engaged. I don't know why, but it is really weirding me out...

also on that note, I keep on seeing people on facebook that I know get married. wtf? i still feel so young!

I'll be gone for the next week, probably no internet for most of the time. I am going on a family vacation to the Trinity Alps. Also, a friend called yesterday and said she wants to share a room for August, so she's moving in while I'm gone. Yay cheaper rent!

p.s. life's so complicated sometimes...

I got a job today! I will now being working at Cafe Bernardo! I'm going to try and keep my job at Dos until school starts and then just keep working at Bernardo's since tips are 10 times better there.

I have actually never eaten at Bernardo's (except on picnic day which doesn't count), but I go to the bar every once in a while. We'll see how it
