Thanks Kevin :) Looks like there isn't a version for me, since I use an older version of Windows. Should I try to get something else? Is my dinosaur of an operating system keeping me kinda safe? :)
Contends that you should be okay from this vuln - I think the issue is that yes, the same code exists in all the version of windows but only 2003+ Server and XP actually will execute WMF files. Still, something to be on the lookout for, since the others will still prompt you.
You may eventually have to upgrade, or at least make sure you're running a good firewall and anti-virus all the time.

I'll be getting a new computer one of these days and with that will come a newer operating system so the patch will be handy then.
