Crazy Dogs

I came home. Cletus, our beagle, is panting a lot. I know he's so hot. So I have hooked up the sprinkler for them to get under and took them fresh water and a dog biscuit. But what are they doing. Cletus and Daisy both are not going anywhere near that sprinkler. They went way around to avoid it to come up to me for the dog biscuit. Darn it

Just wondering ~ is there any way you can hook up a fan to blow in their area that they could go to if they wanted?

We had a dog that used to sit in front of the fan when it was hot ~ my dad had it on our porch.

I was really worried about Chrys because of the way she was panting and breathing last week when we were up in the 90's for a few days, and she's a house dog. I made sure a fan was on. She prefers sleeping on the kitchen floor right now instead of on the rugs - must be cooler. Now that it's cooled down some she's back to breathing regular and I feel much better about the whole situation.
