The point I think Billy tried to make is the buck has to stop somewhere. Yea, you can't put full blame on the administration now, but I think it's pretty pathetic to keep making excuses for not acting sooner. It's always some other agencies fault for 9/11, or the system, or whatever other thing outside of the administration's control. What pisses me off is Dr. Rice did not and still does not take any responsibility for what happened considering she took no heed of Clark's warnings.

the funniest thing about all this is most of the time we dont need to have terrists kill americans we kill ourselves for them. Just compare our murder rate to any other country that does not have civil conflict going on. Yes it sucks to get attack by terrists. Yes alot of people died in 9/11 attacks but i rather we take care of our own murder issues before we take care of other countries issues
