My mood swings are like a yo yo at the moment, feeling good then feeling bad then feeling good then feeling bad ETC ETC. Going to my psych tomorrow...need to sort this out and learn how to control everything and sleep at night WITHOUT having to take valium. Taking medications like that are not good.
