Making a (small) Difference
This weekend is our Gardening/Earth Day/Year of the Frog/Year of the Reef/Recycling/International Migratory Bird Day celebration at the zoo. Yes, we are a small zoo, so we combine several celebrations into one weekend. Beautiful weather here. Today's my day off so I was taking the boys and the pigs dogs out behind the apartment building to the big back yard for awhile. to be butt ass tired. Our zoo overnight sleepovers have started up again. They have every Friday and Saturday night booked every weekend until September (excluding holiday weekends.) Shiny!
I got my car back from being painted, finally! It's getting pretty old, a '96 and the paint was faded on the roof and the trunk. Since it still runs perfectly, I decided getting it painted was better than buying a new car. It was the old standard light blue/green corolla color, and this is it now--
