So i gave blood today for the first time...Except they can't use it :(. My vain collapsed while they were taking it and they couldn't keep the needle in there much longer or my vain would have been injured. So they couldn't take my blood which is kinda sad. ...wouldn't them nagging you about hydration HELP after all your vain collapsed from lack of fluid (which juices gatoraide and yes even water) can help with

No because they give me a hard time cuz I passed out and ended up in the hospital last summer because of it, and I almost passed out in the school year because of it (when they were up here of course). So of course they will give me a hard time...but i really do try to drink enough fluids. I mean, i usually think I drink enough but I guess I don't. i will try to drink more but I don't like drinking water unless it's really cold. I'm picky i know

yeah people are like that...but you just might have a problem...but seriously drink more gatoraid it helps with dehydration better than water

But yeah you need to drink more water or any drink that hydrates you and i only nag because i hate seeing stuff like this happen to you and you just push it off like it is only happening this one time well there are plenty of examples of it happening now so hopfully you will learn.

First of all.....my name was Jennaa last night because I was so out of it and dizzy I didn't know what my name was....

Second of all.....this has only happened like 2 times. Maybe I have a problem with my body and the water i drink must evaporate so there isn't enough in there lol. Thats why I can drink a lot and still be dehydrated.
