I don't know where my holiday spirit is. I usually look forward to this time of year. I still love the carols, the lights, and all the glittery trim and trappings, but my heart just doesn't seem to be rejoicing like normal. one of those days when you'd give your right arm for endless hugs? It is going to be one of those weepy days I'm afraid. The waterworks started inside last night, and overflowed at the airport this morning, and haven't really stopped yet. *sighs* Sometimes, doing the right thing doesn't seem to make it any easier.

She's packing, and I'm sad. It just doesn't get easier, no matter how many times we go through this. I won't even be able to bury myself in work tomorrow. Maybe I can sleep a lot or something to get past it. I know she'll be back soon, but that doesn't make it any better.

Don't mind me, I'm just bummed a bit right now.

It has been a very hectic few days! Jessi got iin on Wednesday, while I was still working. I drug her all around the office to show her off as usual. Everyone is just amazed at how grown up she is.
