Hero-myths and Legends of the British Race (Part 2)
Yeah, yeah, OK, it's been weeks again....
Anyhoo, here goes for the second of four parts of images.
The next set are from the tale of Howard the Halt, which I'd never run into before.
Then it's Roland time--which is a bit odd, since this is supposed to be British. I always thought the Roland legend was French, but there you go.
Then it's off to Ireland, for the tale of the heroine Countess Cathleen:
