Since losing Vlad and Lucy, I've had a hard time being around kids their age or younger, other than friends' kids who I knew all along. One of the first times Josh talked to me he asked if I'd be interested in helping with the kids' activities, and I said no, it was too soon, I couldn't. A few weeks ago, Pat Healy printed up some cards for the dinner with useful words/phrases in English and Spanish, and had me put a little border on with a red marker before sticking them on a folded piece of yellow construction paper.
