He must have bought from ROMA in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn before he went down there. O, you should see this store which I walk by everyday but can't find a pix to show you. You would go OFMG: it's them!

If you ever find yourself in Bensonhurst, go look at Roma on 86st. There are some scary thangs in Brooklyn, biche! This is where they shot that movie French Connection. Well, they're still here :-.0)
