you know, i've thought about this my own self. the answer lies in the theory of multiple universes. i've been working on a machine for a few weeks now and i really feel like i'm breaking new ground. i've got some notes and skematics we could go over sometime if you like. i could use some of your input.
yes! we shall discuss this over a cup of tea, in the library. i would love to review your notes and skematics. this may work.. all we need is money, that is unless we can find the parts at the city dump?
i like they way you think, but money is no problem. i have a grant. i cannot divulge the origin of the grant but i will say this; his name starts with either a V or a Z and he lives in a volcano. i pretty much have all the parts in the bag except i need a 5 foot diamond to refract the transmogrifal laser. there are two such diamonds: one of them is a high tech museum in Norway. the other, legend has it, is in Chiaro buried under the sphinx. so the question is, which movie cliche are we going to be? the mission impossible cliche, or the indiana jones cliche. i'm quite fond of the latter but it's open for discussion.
oh my gosh jason, im reading this at work and i would like you know that im am laughing histerically out loud. everyone is looking at me wondering what the hell is going on.... you are too frickin' funny. also, i think you have a good point going there about the fact that people would have that whole "ill do it next time" attitude. i was thinking more along that lines of "if i could do it over again, with what i know now, id do it right" concept. all rolled into one life. hmmmm....
hmmmm, you know, time travel and interdimensional travel are based on a lot of the same principles. just a matter of a few minor modifications.
the problem is that i believe that all decisions are made for a reason. whatever choices you have made sheenna are right because you made them. you shouldn't look to the past with the thoughts of, "oh i wish i'd done this differently" because there was always a reason. the past should be looked at like this, "oh dag, i prolly shouldn't have done that, oh well i'll try not to do it again."
the fact is that i'm building an interdimensional/time travel machine and of course you can use it however you see fit, but if you do i'm afraid that you would change. that would be a shame.
