Geez, Aly, you shouldn't be having to worry about losing your job about something like that. It sounds pretty stressful around there.

I think it is mostly stressful because of my previous experience, and a lot of negative garbage I worry about now. I spent the evening doing reports on the girls at work, reading the manual, and planning for the first meeting. I have to meet with my DM tomorrow, so I hope she and I can get alone so I can tell her about Ronda. Apparently a lot of people are feeling like SHE is bossing them around when there is NO manager there. Like, she THINKS SHE Is in charge. I have to find out from my DM what was said to Ronda about keeping an eye on things, and if she got the wrong impression, or if she was told she is definitely getting asst. manager. I hope NOT.
