Recliner Repair

I've got a recliner that has had some of the bracing wood pull away. Looking at it I think it can be repaired but I haven't the first clue as to how to go about it. Does anyone know of a good place in St. Louis that could tackle the repair? Somewhere near south county a plus but not completely necessary.
