RP: Why eat alone in a flat?

George stood in front of his refrigerator and sighed. He didn't really feel like cooking. Fred had kicked him out of the apothecary telling him working all day wasn't going to help him any and not to come back that day. Considering George had spent almost all of yesterday at the Apothecary cleaning and setting up shelves he didn't argue to much with Fred over it. Fred had also yelled at him to just go talk to Katie but he didn't think he was going to listen to that advice.
Walking to his room George grabbed an old gray hoody and threw it on over his green t-shirt. Slipping on some old trainers he grabbed a pair of socks and put them in his pocket. As he left the flat George redid his wards on the flat and headed out to the pub to get some lunch.
George had briefly considered heading to the Five Alarm but he didn't really want to be thinking about Katie and the Five Alarm definitely reminded him of Katie. Plus George didn't know if Katie would have talked to Alicia. Also if Katie had talked to Alicia, George knew that Alicia would tease him. He wasn't in the mood to handle teasing about Katie yet. While he knew there was a chance Katie could decide she wanted more, George had a sinking feeling in his gut that Katie was terrified of relationships, just the way she acted and the longer she stayed away the more likely it was that Katie and him would only ever be friends.
George realized he was at Socks so he walked in. He went over to an empty table and ordered a pumpkin juice while he looked at the menu.
