OWLs: Christmas Gifts Abound

Remus sat at his desk, the poor old oak completely overflowing with gifts. He sighed gustily, blowing the fringe from his eyes. One by one, he'd send them and hopefully Carden wouldn't bite his finger off by the time he reached the end of the gift list.
If he was lucky.
Composing the first owl, he realised he really had no idea where Gerent was. But still, he felt he owed the man something, even if he received nothing in return.
Carden was always good for finding where people lived. And if he failed this time... well... there was still a gettogether at some point. Gerent still had Remus's copy of The Picture of Dorian Gray.

I hope this owl finds you, and finds you well. It's nothing much but just a little something I wanted to send to you. Perhaps with this and the other book you have of mine, we could actually meet sometime soon. Wishing you the best.
