The club looked smashing. It should, considering how many favors Stubby'd traded in to people who had forgotten his name. Wood for the dance floor from Germany, bright lights and furnishings from France, and stage equipment from Italy; he'd not be able to show his face around some scenes on the continent for awhile, but it was worth it. After all, he had his very own club now.

He walked out onto the dance floor and began to sing one of his old hits. He did a little dance and grinned, shaking his arse in a way he hadn't in a good decade. This place had given him back some of that energy he'd lost after fading into obscurity. Being replaced by younger and prettier men was just bollocks. He was still right fit and age just meant he had more experience. Maybe he'd start singing again. It had been ages, really, and people should have forgotten Sirius bloody Black by now. That vague resemblance had hurt his career a lot. But what's done was done. Now he had a place of his own and could already imagine it full of dancing and laughing people, enjoying the music and liquor.

It was nearly time to open, which meant a final walk through. His staff was working dilligently to make sure the bar was stocked, the kitchen was in order, and the sound equipment was perfect for Mozarna, a bunch of whiny gits who thought looking dirty somehow added to their 'serious music' image. Whole lot of them needed a bath, in his opinion. But they were willing to come to this place and work for basically free, so he couldn't likely complain.

The downstairs drinking area looked great. The booths were comfortable and the light was perfect. The downstairs bar was fully stocked with a variety of liquor, and Nick and Connie, two of his bartenders, were wiping it down and looked eager to start working.

Upstairs, he walked past the more secluded seating areas and went to make sure that Ramon wasn't having any problems with the bar. The upstairs bar was smaller, with just a few key essentials, but it was easy enough to get anything more specific from downstairs. Stubby winked at his waitresses (Gina, Sarah, and Beth) and nodded at the waiters (Michael and David) on his way back downstairs.

"Well, kids, are we ready?" he called out, grinning widely as he strode to the front doors. Music began to play, a catchy wizarding tune from his teenage years, and he watched the lights turn on. He waved his wand and unlocked them, pulling them slightly open. "We're now open for business."
