Blaise closed the front door behind Stephen and moved back to his study. Later he would need to send Terry an owl, but first he had a few to respond to and a new one to send.

I’m writing with regards to the consultation you were kind enough to arrange with me just over a week ago at the library.
At the time I believe I mentioned my intentions to submit the proposal regarding the library’s renovation that weekend. I heard back last week that it had been accepted and that my plans for the building have the go ahead.
If you are still inclined and available to take the task of crafting the internal furniture the job’s yours. Let me know if and when you need any more information regarding the work. I’d also like to ask if it would be possible to order some sort of display case for outside of the library where I could display plans. I’ve put up a temporary notice for now. But I’d like something that appears more professional.
