Hannah addressed four separate envelopes to each of the recipients of her Valentines. She'd gone to Exeter the previous day and found some candy hearts with sayings on them and a few bags of cinnamon hearts. She'd picked them up to send to her friends for Valentine's Day... a little late now, but she still thought that her efforts would be appreciated.
She wrote, to Cedric:

Glad we got caught up at the museum the other day. Perhaps we could go for a drink next week and chat about your plans. How is that Sanguini bloke working out for you? Hope you had a fantastic Valentine's Day!

It's been far too long and I miss you. These candies are appropriate for Valentine's Day, but I thought you'd enjoy them even after the fact. I know there's a little kid in you that still enjoys sweets now and again. I might even have a chocolate frog or two around if you can find the time to visit with me! Perhaps we could have lunch next week or dinner?
