RP: Before and After

Summary: Roger and Hermione hang out and he shows her his new shop.

Roger'd got in late last night from Ron's party, but he'd still been up relatively early to clean the shop a little. Hermione had said she wanted to see it in it's 'before' state, but it had looked pretty bad over the past week, with him pulling things out and taking things apart and otherwise spreading grime and dust everywhere. So he'd spent some of his morning there sprucing things up just a bit and getting rid of all the dust. And, he'd fixed the roof over the loft area so he could show that to her as well. If she didn't want to climb the ladder, he'd just Apparate her up there-- no hardship there, certainly.
Other than that, his day had consisted of some actual work at Jack's and dropping by the museum to do a bit of painting. This situation was a mess, really, and he had no idea if Hermione was any closer to making a decision about him. She'd acted normally last night, and they'd not talked about it, having agreed that they probably shouldn't yet and Roger didn't want to hear about her decision-making process. It didn't help, and this was all suspenseful enough. Anyway, he'd gone to help-- he'd known about the painting day for a while and he didn't want Cedric to think that he was purposely ignoring him or throwing away their friendship. It wasn't what he wanted to do when everything was said and done.
He Apparated over to Bookworm not long after closing and went in, waving to Eleanor, who was on her way out.
