Dennis awoke to find he had slept more than 18 hours straight.  A bit bemused by that, but feeling much more energetic, he made plans for the day.  1st he would have to pay a visit to his friendly banker, and then major shopping.   On the plane he had made a list of what he thought he would need: a bicycle, air matteress, and some other stuff.  He'd thought about a dehumidifier, but if Stoatshead had been like Hogwarts or Hogsmead, there wouldn't be electricity to run it.  And that could be an awesome adventure in and of itself, like lerning a forgein language by living with people who spoke nothing but it.   He still had to figure out where it was, how to get there and where to live.  So, that meant more letters.

Colin.

I'm here.  In London, anyway.  It's going to take a couple of more days to get things done, cause I wimped out and conked out for the better part of a day.   Is everything all right with you?  I kinda forgot to ask before, cause I was worried you'd be pissed that I hadn't written before.  You can yell at me in person Saturday, just tell me where to be and how to get there.

Tell Romilda I said "hello" and that I'm glad she's safe and well.

See you in a couple of days,

Love,

Your pest of a brother.

That was easy enough.  The letter to Hermione was took a bit more courage to write as he wasn't sure she'd remember him, or at least remember him fondly, but if she didn't want to, she didn't have to respond.  With that thought in mind, he wrote:

Hermione.

I dont know if you remember me (or want to), Dennis Creevey, but  Colin had mentioned that you were in Stoatshead.  I will be coming there soon, and thought maybe you could give me some guidance.

I'd like to find a place of my own and wondered if there were any flats around there, and, if so, if maybe you wouldn't mind giving me names to contact?

If you can't or don't want too I understand, that is fine.   Thank you anyway.  And I never said it in school, but thank you for everything you did there.  You were a brilliant Prefect.

Sincerely,

Dennis Creevey

Attaching both letters to Milne, he sent the owl on it's way, and headed for the bathroom to get ready for his day in London.
