The morning had been a slow one at the Five alarm, and Rosie hummed to herself a bit as she wiped down the tables. She had never much liked Muggle music, but it certainly was easy to get stuck in your head and she'd heard a tune the other day that she just couldn't shake. She'd woken up earlier than normal, and thrown on a red cardigan and little black skirt, hoping to feel more Spring like than the weather had seemed to want her to lately. As she scooted around the tables, banishing what few dishes there were into the kitchen and pushing in chairs that were askew, her red little heels clicked on the floor to the tune of the song stuck in her head.
She was certainly in an uplifted mood, as if the red sweater had really done it's job, and as she continued humming to herself she put on a kettle of water behind the bar and wrapped her hair up in a messy bun, sticking her wand into it to hold the hair in place. The kettle whistled and she brought made herself a cup of strong tea to wait for the lunch crowd. Sitting down behind the bar, she kept herself busy by trying to remember the words to the blasted song still stuck in her head.
