Pulled, then the holes routed and bone marrow stuffed in... once that 'sets', and fully grafts

I'll be honest, I just needed an excuse to use this icon. Which I think I may have ganked from you, actually.

Anyway, good luck with that. Personally I don't have that much luck with Vicodin, but more power to you if it works for you. :) Then again, not much works on kidney stones.
