I've put together for myself the best PMS reducing smoothie ever! Almond Milk, flaxseeds, cucumber, pineapple, cherries and raspberries. Sounds gross but damn it's good! Garlic also works well for pms but hell if I'm going to add that =)

I'm gonna have to try that- it sounds wonderful!!! Sounds kinda like what I used to to with Spirutein.
