1. 18 2. Two weekends ago. Mae was the headliner, with openers The Audition and Lovedrug 3. It was swwweeeeeet 4. Being able to hear music live, rather than studio recorded 5. Crowds are usually a bother when they're cramped 6. Depends on how I feel. Occasionally I'll want to be front and center but other times I can enjoy the music from a distance 7. I love music. It gives me something to do and sometimes a good story for later. I also go with friends, which make them more fun. 8. Why should it? Just go and enjoy your music, don't worry about trying to fit in. 9. Since many concerts I go to are on my campus, I pay nothing. The last time a paid for a ticket, it was $12. Good deal 10. On campus ones. The concerts now seem to come more to me than I to them. 11. Rock shows/concerts. That's the music I enjoy. much obliged, good luck with your paper =)
1. 18 2. homegrown with the kinison and ummm others. 3. it was quite amusing and fun. 4. my favorite part is being able to experience the music first hand and live and everyone also doing the same. 5. sometimes people can be rude. and too agressive. 6. it depends on the concert. homegrown was not to "moshy" so yes i was in the front dancing and having a wonderful time. 7. i go to concerts i suppose as a social thing. its a fun interactive thing to do with your friends rather than a movie or something. its also a good way to get energy out. 8. im not into the whole "scene" thing. so not really. 9. $10 10. usually local small ones. house of blues, roxy, palladium etc. 11. usually rock ones. i try to go to different ones but usually only go to cliche punk pop ones.
1. 18 2. tegan and sara i think. damn. 3. it was ok. it was on campus. it was personal - that was nice. 3a. there's a lot of energy at concerts. nothing is better than seeing a band i like. 3b. i try to get up to the stage. i did that at an ani concert and it was wonderful. depending on who i'm with i'll be on the sidelines. i'm usually afraid i'll break my glasses if things get too heavy. sigh. 4. i like feeling connected to all the people around me . . music really is a transcending form of unification. i go for the music. and the t-shirts. 5. uh. i have a scene? 6. $20? it varies depending on the show. i ususally go to bigger shows. 7. in LA i go to the wiltern . . and various others. 8. i usua
