Bones recommended it a couple years ago and Dustin bought it. He actually loaned it to me before he had the chance to read it himself. I gave it back just hours after I finished it and immediately got my own copy. There is a full video of the actual lecture on youtube that is a nice accompany to the book. And like I said, I flagged a section about apologies that I've revisited a lot.

I'd loan you my copy but 1) I let Audra borrow it in like June, and eventually it got to Josh and I haven't seen it again 2) I know you'll probably be in the Hunger Games for another couple weeks before wanting to start a new one. You'll enjoy it, for sure.
