Yeah, I'm glad that we never had the chance to go out. I was working weird hours, he was packing up and hanging out with friends and family he won't see again for a while. It sucks, because I think we would've had fun together. And being honest here: he was cute, very much the "type" looks-wise that I date. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

I know, right. I guess I investigated because I thought maybe we were going to hang out before he left for good. If he wasn't moving, things would be really different. I'd probably have reason to feel used/dirty and I probably would punch him. Like I said: how the hell do people cheat on a significant other? I really didn't do anything and it makes me feel sick to think I was close. Just...yuck. lol

Anyway. To answer your question: the last couple guys I dated looked a lot alike. About 5'8", dark hair (both had really dark hair and light eyes), a little bit of facial hair, and nothing crazy physically. Average or semi-athletic build. Jeans, t-shirt and a hat kinda dudes.

All the standards and "types" aside, I know that I want someone who can first and foremost be an amazing friend to me. My friend Audra and I have discussed it at length. And this quote popped up in the wedding ceremony of that radio host Angel and I have been talking about recently who lost his son. They had their vows and then the minister went into a little speech that started with the line: "Love is friendship that has caught fire." - and all I could think was, "YES!" and "Damn, I want that." :)

There was a heavy line of storms moving through the midwest (3 fatalities, so crazy!) and he posted a status update that said something along the lines of: "welcome to missouri, dodged tornadoes, got the uhaul stuck in mud, and just hit a deer." How's that for some karma paybacks? ;)
