I agree that minors do not deserve to be given the death penalty. The government has decided that those under the 18 are too young to make the decision of whether the would like to consume tobacco products and 21 alcohol. The goverment thinks that they are not mature enough to make these decisions but yet they deem it appropriate to condemn a child to death when they have done the most unthinkable thing a man could do; take another mans life. The government needs to make up its mind, they'll send 18 year olds do die for george bush in Iraq but won't allow that same person to make the decision to consume alcohol.

Will our govermnent ever get this shit right?
