Nothing worse than being a massage therapist and working for someone/company that just makes you feel like a small piece of dirt.  I am here to shed some light on some of the companies I have worked with in the past.  First off, I do want to mention, I will change the name(s) to protect the innocent and will not bash anyone directly.  I simply want

i am pretty sure i know this company, not only are assistants finishing early to get the other massages, the superviors are making more to talk on their cellphones, not ring up as many guests as possiable, and go into the expo to see what deals they can get, and date other employees.
when you do give him your loyatly he does not return it by giving you the sponsorship jobs.

well that makes a lot of sense. OR does it?? It shows that there are circles of people that you can't just penetrate with hard work and loyalty. It shows that there is shadiness and corporate-ness in the massage industry.
