Start walking. It's an easy form of exercise and doesn't require much motivation.

Thanks for the tips! I happen to love garlic, so I'm halfway there. ^_^

I've been seeing an alternative therapist (energy worker) for awhile now, and it's only recently that it's kicked in. It's just a matter of convincing your body you want to be healthy, and then believing your body when it says it's ready.

My doctor is amazed by the changes in my health, and he and his partner have actually started referring patients to my therapist.

It's nothing too hokey -- lots of breathing, meditating, balancing energies in your body. If you have the chance to look into this, (Rapid Eye Therapy, Energy Healing, Reiki) I recommend it highly.

Thanks! I've been considering some alternative therapies myself. It's good to know that it actually works. I guess I have some research to do. Thanks for the idea!
