We expect to sign the contract for a new house (~6 yrs old) today - negotiations are done and we're agreed on a purchase price. The new place is quite a bit further from work, but is a bit larger and has a lovely back yard (an actual yard rather than what passes for one around here!). Thanks! Its decidedly not Frisco (where even the $1M+ homes don't have yards) - its in Murphy.

Marcia and Andy live over in Murphy. It's grown by leaps and bounds the last few years, but it's still a very nice place to live.
