Yeah thats right , i'm sitting in my living room and watching it snow, inches of snow. Not strange? I live in south georgia and it looks like a winter scene from boston outside. Its mind blowing. We have been out and about since friday, left in torrential downpours, saturday morning there were tornado warnings and a couple of touchdowns in the area

Hah! It's snowing here too. But I am in Boston. And it's apparently bad enough for Boston Public Schools to close, and for Boston to declare a snow emergency. Which happens a handful of times every year.

Oh that's okay, even us Canadians who are utterly sick of snow by the time it goes away, understand why the first snow day of the year is special. It's that dramatic change in the landscape. And it really is pretty.

But I wouldn't say that to most Canadians at this time of year though. ;)
