I find myself falling into a depression. I've felt it coming for a long time to be honest. I've been pretty anti-social for the past couple of days, really only talk to very few people. I don't really mean anything by it

Time to find yourself is nice, don't get me wrong, but skipping the work you need to do will only make it tougher to get that kind of time. Don't mean to lecture, just my own two cents. Be well *hugs*
