[The loss of his sense of direction is actually kinda irritating, but Billy could still get around if he didn't think about where he was going. It took a long time to get anywhere, but he got there eventually. Of course, when he got somewhere, he had to work up the will to get somewhere else. [GASP!]

You cannot mean...

My boy, you've found them! The lost menus of Nebuchadnezzar! Forbidden by fate but never forgotten, the guides to the royal kitchens of Ancient Babylonia! Many a young sous chef looking to stake his steak has searched high and nigh for the lost menus to no avail- but you, dear lad, stunning adventurer and disher-moste-daring, have uncovered the culinary find of the century!

Perchance you could whip me up a locust barley-pie when you have a moment? I've only ever had the Sumerian mudfish variety before and I found it fairly lacking.

Would that be because of water damage?

[but that would make sense]

Why do they keep books in the caves?

Maybe. Some of'em are kinda burnt or torn, too.

I dunno, but someone said he found the cap'n's journal here.
