Something that is really good, really simple, and no fat is if you put some barbaque sauce on a piece of chicken (frozen, and then thawed...a regular chicken breast), cook it on a George Forman grill, get some butter split top bread (its very very good) and put the grilled chicken on that with a piece of fat free cheese, and some lettuce, and some honey mustard. Its very good and takes about 5 minutes, and its fat free. I sound like a commercial on the food network!
