Flags of our Fathers

While researching Flags of our Fathers (I desperately needed to know if it was a biased American propaganda) and I found out that Clint Eastwood went Iwo Jima crazy because not only did he direct Flags of our Fathers he also is directing "Letters from Iwo Jima" a movie about the same battle on the island of Iwo Jima but from the Japanese ( Read more... )

aw i really like what you said about discrimination and its place in canada.. i would really like to come up with as intelligent a response, but i'm too tired right now =( lol

lol it's okay after re-reading it, i've noticed so many grammatical and spelling errors i shouldn't have passed the grade 10 literacy test

i think going to university has really made me think too much.

cory lidle's death had me a little worried this afternoon actually. before the names were aired. i was quite nervous.

too much international tension these few days.

i only heard about it after they released the names
but yeah i can bet there was a lot of fear, you'd think NYC would have a little bit more protection then that but then again it was a small plane so...maybe it was hard to detect a giant commercial plane might be a little bit easier to detct

there are too many international tensions these days, :( N. Korea is making me sad and it's more of a saddness about where the world is going rather than an anger about how dare they have nuclear weapons because i honestly don't blame them. The United States are idiots they have the world's largest stash of nuclear weapons, over 10 000, the next highest is like Russia with like 8 000 some odd nuclear devices but they expect everyone else to stop making them. why should anyone listen? it's ridiculous.

i often wonder if the world is getting worse or i'm just following the news more often?
